UOVHSAA Badminton Championships

Mackenzie Community will host the Senior Open and Varsity badminton tournaments in Deep River on Tuesday, April 17, 2012.

 

  • entry deadline - Wednesday, April 11, 2012 (by email preferably)
  • information for coaches (including fees, and entry forms)

 

 

 

Mackenzie Teams:

 

Students can only play one event in one event in one category.

There are three teams (categories) at Mackenzie for Badminton:

Junior Varsity - Thursday, April 7, 2011 @ FHS

  • There are two levels at the tournament: competitive 'A' and recreational 'B'
  • Grades 9 - 11
  • minor sport

 

 

Senior Open - Tuesday, April 17, 2012 @ MCS

  • For senior players (grades 12+) in a single less-competitive tournament
  • minor sport

 

Varsity - Tuesday, April 17, 2012 @ MCS

 

  • Open for students in any grade
  • Competitive players
  • 16 players (8 boys / 8 girls)
  • major sport

 

  • EOSSAA on Tuesday, April 24, 2012 in Petawawa (hosted by FHS)
  • placement 1st or 2nd qualifies for OFSAA
